Meet The Team
Marty has been in the event security industry since 1995. He previously worked with other security companies as an Operations Manager until 2005, during which time he earned his spurs by running the security operations at many national sporting and entertainment events in the U.K. In 2005 he incorporated MJ Events Support Limited, and since then has seen the company grow in size and dimension, and to keep pace with the change in demand. 2010 saw the launch of MJ Events Support Services in order to manage the non-related security contracts and tasks the company was repeatedly being asked to fulfill.
In 2011, MJ Events Support Services was re-branded, and the company name changed to Go For It Event Services.
Both companies work very closely with each other to provide the client with a cost effective holistic approach to their event security and related event requirements.
Regional Manager - London & South East
Martin has been part of the team for the past 4 years, and has played a part of the companys growth during this time taking up many managerial and supervisory positions at the many large scale events and festival we are involved with.
Martin has also experience within the indoor arena and stadium environment having worked at many of the national sized sporting and music events.
Regional Manager - Wales & South West
Lenny joined the team in May 2012 to support the growing staffing teams in Newport. With 8 years experience within the events industry and a total of 20 years within Security, Lenny brings with him a wealth of knowledge.
In July 2012, MJ Events Support opened up a Wales and South West office, located in Newport.
Lenny’s wealth of experience is a valuable asset to the company. He meets and exceeds the client’s expectation by delivering on our promise of “standing out from the crowd”.
